Specialist Selene Finance (Insurance Analyst) (SEL00530)

Job Description
Position Summary: 

· Maintains the   workflow volume for the Insurance Department to meet internal and private   investor Service Level Agreements (SLA).
· Handles escalated   loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex   issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments.
· Works with   management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a   timely and accurate manner.
· Maintains the   investor approval process for insurance payments.
· Works with vendors   to ensure SLA’s are being met.
· Works with the   Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and   procedures.
· Identifies areas   for improvement and efficiency.
· Carries out   responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and   applicable laws and regulations.
· Completes required   training courses in a timely manner.
· This is not a work   from home opportunity.
